| Scope of Work | Herne Bay Beaches are a network of 9 inner city beaches that offer much valued respite from the urban environment. LandscapeWorks undertook the concept design to guide the upgrade of the beaches to provide access to the Waitamata Harbour, to improve public amenity and enhance ecological values while minimising the visual and environmental impacts on the receiving environment. Furthermore LandscapeWorks designed the unique concrete chaise lounges that provide style and sun lounging opportunities at Sentinel Beach. |
