| Scope of Work | For commercial and resource consent purposes the client required a comprehensive landscape solution. The landscape concept provided an outdoor space for each of the three architecturally designed villas that featured timber fencing, courtyards and linear planting. The common areas featured a long aggregate driveway, service court and a boat cleaning area. Both private and common areas featured large locally sourced rock and a selection of sun loving succulents set in river stones that achieved the brief of a high quality, low maintenance landscape solution. |
